We carry out periodic and one-off cleaning of communal garages and private car parks. The process includes mechanical or manual sweeping of the entire surface, floor scrubbing, removal of grease and oil stains, cleaning of individual bays, adjacent storage rooms, access ramps and signage.

The frequency depends on usage and the number of spaces. For medium-sized communal garages, monthly or fortnightly cleaning is usually enough to maintain optimal conditions.

How often should a communal garage be cleaned?

It depends on usage. For most communities, monthly or fortnightly cleaning keeps the garage in good condition. If there's heavy traffic or the garage accumulates dirt quickly, the frequency can be increased.

Can you remove old oil stains?

Yes. We use professional degreasing products that remove most stains. Very old stains or those that have penetrated the concrete may require more intensive treatments, but the appearance is always significantly improved.

Do you also clean storage rooms?

Yes, if the community needs it. We can clean the access corridors to storage rooms and associated common areas. Cleaning the interior of individual storage rooms is managed as a separate service.
